Description
Veteran Resource Navigators at Veterans Navigation Network (VNN) connect service members, veterans, and their families with essential resources, including healthcare, employment, legal support, and more. They provide one-on-one case management, monitor progress, advocate for services, and assist with VA claims and crisis intervention. This role ensures veterans and their families are aware of and have access to the resources that improve their quality of life, supporting a successful transition to civilian life.
