Data Entry/Admin Volunteer
Description
As a Data Entry/Admin Volunteer, you would be part of the hands-on work behind the scenes that allows VNN to continue daily operations while ensuring critical information is handled appropriately. This volunteer position is critical, as it allows us to have and use most recent data when we need it. Also, the result of this volunteer work will aid VNN staff and other volunteers to perform their tasks in meeting the needs of the veterans we serve. Reports to the VNN Program Coordinator and this volunteers worksite is typically the VNN office at 2173 Overland Ave in Billings, MT. If interested, fill out our form here.
Peer Mentor Volunteer
Description
A key component of Veterans Navigation Network (VNN) is our peer mentor program where veteran mentors provide peer-to-peer support to veteran participants (mentees). Veterans are better served by having a support system that includes someone who understands military experience and the different aspects of military culture. Mentors provide a supportive relationship and encourage, guide, and motivate mentees with entry and timely completion of a variety of tasks with the goal being successful readjust to civilian life. Reports to the VNN Program Coordinator and this volunteer’s worksite is typically at their discretion with the agreement of the peer mentee. If interested, fill out our form here.
